- 1. I am a Psychotherapist, Coach and Supervisor here in Switzerland.
Yearly i travel to Cambodja, installing some Projects there, supporting People and Institutions there with Help from Friends in Switzerland.
2. For some years now I have been supplying relief goods to several countries in the world, in order to support the poor people.
In 2009 I have founded my own relief fund called "Hilfe, Unterstützung, Förderung und Motivation für Menschen". (relief, support, encouragement and motivation to people) (www.gv-hufm.ch) in my home country, Switzerland.
Ever since my first visit to Cambodia in 2008 we have started to support and contribute to the following projects:
• Support to poor families (providing English language courses for children and juveniles,/ providing medical fees, handing out clothing allowances and so on.)
• First aid/emergency aid courses in poor rural- and urban areas
• Facilitating information meetings for parents, regarding health issues, personal care in poor rural- and urban areas
• Providing villages with first aid kits (after information meetings, first aid courses and instruction workshops)
• Facilitating schools in rural and regional areas of Cambodia, especially in Kampong Speu province as well as Ratankiri.
• Hiring commuting English- (and German-) teachers, especially in Kampong Speu province as well as Ratankiri.
• Facilitating existing clinics / Hospitals / Health-Centres especially in Kampong Speu province as well as Ratankiri.

- Dear father Ruedi Steiger, Your retirement's life has contributed a lot in civil societies to help the poorest of the poor in Cambodia, hasn't you, father? My projects also have been contributing to reduce poverty of Cambodia. The farmers need knowledge to adapt their agriculture in the context of current Climate Change of Cambodia. I do hope that the developed countries will consider to the Kyoto Protocol. Does your project has worked on 'livelihood Adaptation'?
