We are a Traditional Khmer Bungalow Complex Located overlooking Serendipity Beach, Sihanoukville, Cambodia.

We have 13 Bungalows (5 Deluxe, 3 Superior & 5 Standard) all have magnificent sea views. We also have 4 Superior AC rooms and 2 Deluxe AC rooms. Finally we also have two 3 bedroomed Apartments.

All rooms come with hot shower, mosquito nets and are cleaned daily. Our rates come with complimentary breakfast and further our AC rooms are equiped with Cable Television.

Our complex is located over a 60 meter hillside and also come with rear access and a car port ideal for cars, suv's and moto's. We have Security from 7pm every night and further in High Season we are staffed 24 hours a day.

We can cater to all travel & trip requirments. We have wifi in the restaurant and bar area and also have free internet access.

We can easily cater for individuals, couples & groups from 10 - 40 persons. The bigger the group the longer notice period we need.
