Anyone could have any answer to the following questions ! Please share your idea here

1- Can we use the modern weapon to shoot into the air at the time the storm direction come in order to slow down it speed and reduce the affect or devastation from the storm before it come to touch the land and house of the people? I mean we fight with modern weapon in the sky or in the air.

2- If we use weapon, what kind of modern weapon to use with it to counter attack with storms? and it will not affected to the continent.

3- How much can we reduce the speed of the storm win by using the weapon? because I believe that if we can reduce the speed or change direction we can reduce the devastation by storm. If we compare the cost for producing weapon and cost for reconstruction are much different. Why not we choose to make modern weapon to counter attack it.

4- If we can not use weapon, what can we do with modern technology to change the direction of the storm to affect mostly the sea area not to our high land area?
