I can't ever make the difference between missio, objective, purpose and goals. Since you name our site Cambodia Business Network, we can start off by working on those three words that make up the name of the site: Cambodia, Business, Network.

It's all about Cambodia, Business, Network. Let's brainstorm thereon...!

ok, good ideas, mission, goal and objective are the same indeed..

so let's use the word "mission" and work on it for our website?..here what's i think:

"Cambodia Business Network mission is to provide our members a connection of their business with Cambodian professionals worldwide" What do you think?........

1. CAMFEBA - The Cambodian Federation of Employers and Business Associations (CAMFEBA) is an autonomous and independent business association recognised by and registered with the Royal Government of Cambodia.

Established in 2000 due to the increasing need for the private sector to stand together with a unified voice, we have become the largest Association in Cambodia representing employers. We are recognised by the International Labour Organization and other global agencies as the voice of Cambodian employers.

Our vision is to unify and strengthen the Cambodian Private Sector through effective representation and collaboration with The Royal Government of Cambodia and relevant global bodies.
WE REPRESENT YOU
We collectively represent over 700 businesses both unionised and non-unionised. Our members include small & medium enterprises, leading Cambodian businesses, multinational companies and Cambodia's major Business Associations.
WE SUPPORT YOU
The CAMFEBA Secretariat is staffed with a dedicated team coordinating and supporting our members with a range of services including advisory services, information dissemination and training.
WE KEEP YOU CONNECTED
The Executive Council is elected on an annual basis by our members. The Council consists of 12 of Cambodia's foremost business executives. Together with the Secretariat we are at the full disposal of our members. We represent our members on more than 10 bi & tri-partite forums keeping employers up to date in a fast paced changing environment.
How CAMFEBA Operates

CAMFEBA is headed by the Governing Board consisting of 12 Council Members who are elected annually by all members at the Annual General Meeting. The Council Members uphold the principles of the Federation and make the decisions needed to ensure to the Federation achieves its goals .

Day-to-day activities and the delivery of services is carried out by the Secretariat staff. Together the Council and Secretariat are at the full disposal of CAMFEBA members.

2. CAMFEBA 's Objectives
CAMFEBA is committed to achieving its vision through close collaboration and coordination with our members. We believe that a strong and unified private sector is indispensable to the development of a country's economy, which in turn is beneficial to all parties.

We aim to strengthen the Cambodian private sector and enable our members to compete in the global economy. Our main objectives are:

* Coordinate the private sector under one unified umbrella
o Effectively address challenges affecting the welfare and interests of our members and employers in general
o Facilitate the effective distribution of updated laws and regulations
o Provide networking and relationship building opportunities
* Promote good industrial relations to ensure a harmonious business environment
o Promote an ethical business environment amongst employers and employees
o Promote workplace health and safety
* Represent our members where it matters most
o Seek recognition from and establish effective communication with The Royal Government and relevant Ministries
o Seek seats on representative national tripartite bodies
o Effectively co-ordinate with our union counterparts
o Effectively represent the private sector at a regional and international level
* Provide Advice, Build Capacity & Disseminate Information
o Provide advice, comments and guidelines to government on social and economic policies
o Provide relevant training to our members
o Provide up to date information on the business and social environment
o Provide legal advice and counselling to our members

When is it feasible to meet to discuss ideas, it seems a long time between postings. I am a new business experienced member from Brisbane also a Cambodian, maybe I have some ideas to share that is beneficial.
